Vance grew up on the Peninsula and lived in San Carlos and Menlo Park. His family was a “Pan Am” family for many years and Vance loaded the planes while on summer break from college. After his father left Pan Am he moved into Residential and Commercial Real Estate, so Vance caught the bug many years ago and started investing in Real Estate while still in college. After years in the recording industry during the heyday of the “San Francisco Sound” Vance moved into making corporate communication films and events for tech clients on the Peninsula with Apple becoming his main client. Almost 20 years ago, Vance decided to focus on his main love and joined Frank Howard Realtors. He has lived in Marin County for over 30 years. Vance and Anna have a 31 year old daughter who currently lives in Vacaville.
Anna’s family moved to San Francisco when she was 7 years old. She had the distinct pleasure of spending her formative years growing up in the Inner Sunset near UCSF where her father worked as a research scientist. After studying Communications and Film in college she also spent a brief stint in the recording world and then moved into advertising. She spent 25 years as a TV producer for large international advertising agencies, ending up as a Vice President of Broadcast Production at Foote Cone and Belding. Her various clients included Levi Strauss & Co., Sega, The Clorox Company, AT&T, and Gallo Wine. Twelve years ago she decided to join Vance in Real Estate. They have had an enjoyable and successful partnership ever since.
